Found Poem to Celebrate the 10th Anniversary of Speak

Speak, by Laurie Halse Anderson, is one of my all time favorites and a CRHS favorite.  The novel  is ten years old—can you believe it?  To celebrate the anniversary, Anderson decided to create a “found” poem using lines and words from letters she has received from fans about the novel over the last 10 years.  The result is a compelling text—you can find the text of that found poem here:
